Yahwism – Yahwists, the Biblical Belief and Believers

This belief is NOT Christianity or Judaism.

Introduction Note: Yahwism is the ancient Biblical belief that developed by the ancient Israelites that accept the understanding in only one Almighty Sovereign Creator Power, the Life-Force Essence of the Universe, who has the name YHWH (Yahweh English transliteration). The term Yahwism uses ‘Yah’ (short form for the name of the Almighty and references this simple ancient belief. This name should always be used with reverence especially when speaking to unbelievers. However, we also read that the name of the Almighty is to be a memorial to all generations. In other words, the name of (our) Almighty Sovereign Creator (Yah/Yahweh) should not be hidden. But, we must not misuse the name of the Almighty Sovereign and always use prudence. For 'you shall not take the name of Yahweh your Almighty-one in vain: for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless that takes His name in vain.' (Deut. 5:11).

Yahwism is the pure monotheistic belief in ONE Almighty Sovereign as taught in the Hebrew Bible by the proven and anointed prophets. The belief of Yahwism is distinct from the polytheism of pagan nations or their beliefs, and is also NOT Judaism which was formed much later (well after the Babylonian diaspora of ancient Israel). Judaism became adulterated by the adaptation of the Talmud, the Kabala, and many added Traditions. Yahwism is also not Christianity that developed after 30 AD Judaism. Christianity as a religious belief formed mostly using the writings and opinions of the Pharisee named Paul/Saul, many solidified in about 325 AD by Constantine Romanism. Paul reintroduced an ancient pagan (pre-Yahwism) belief that a human sacrifice (in Christianity Jesus) is necessary for ‘god’ to forgive sins. Yahweh in Hebrew means He-Is, He-Exists, or Ever-Living, and is the only name for the Almighty Sovereign that the ancient Israelite people accepted as the personal proper name for the Almighty. Modern Yahwists (a term for believers of Yahwism) reject substitute names like God, Jehovah, or Lord because all are false names. Yahwists use the Hebrew name Yahshua (not Jesus) as the proper name for the prophet in the Greek New Testament (NT) writings. The name Yahshua means ‘Yahweh is Savior’ or ‘Yahweh Saves’ in Hebrew. The very name of Yahshua reflects the NT prophet’s mission. The meaning of ‘Yahweh-Saves’ is lost when using the adulterated substitute name ‘Jesus’ is used instead of the name Yahshua. Prayer is addressed only to Yahweh, none other.

Yahwists (believers in Yahwism) believe that the Hebrew Bible (except for folk-tales like Daniel, Esther, Ruth, Job, Jonah, etc.) ‘contains’ the authoritative inspired words of the proven and anointed Bible prophets, and the principles from the Almighty for righteous living. Yahwists also accept the principles found in the Synoptic Gospels as taught by the Prophet Yahshua, as is also found in the epistle of James, and various quoted NT statements that follow the Hebrew Bible. Yahwists do not accept the Gospel of John or the opinions of Paul/Saul as authoritative, or as inspired, or from any other unknown authors of the Bible. Such comments are only private opinions unless the statements follow the principles found in the Synoptic Gospels, and represent those also taught by the prophet Yahshua. The Gospel of John, a second century document by an unknown author(s), attempts to fabricate the Prophet Yahshua into a spiritual type god-man equal with Yahweh. It promotes human sacrifice (that Yahweh condemns) a practice forbidden by Yahweh.

The Pharisee Paul/Saul was never a chosen disciple, Acts 1:23-26. He was a Pharisee impostor, a Roman citizen, and a self-claimed Apostle. Yahwists believe that most religious writings are man’s attempts to understand ‘God’ and often change the inspired Biblical words by adding their own opinions, beliefs, and conjectures to fit, all without having been inspired by Yahweh. Yahwists reject many Judaism beliefs, the Talmud, the Kabala, and Jewish oral Laws. Yahwists basically reject all man-made religions and additions or Doctrines that ‘add or change’ the applicable life principles, moral standards and worship identity, of the Almighty Sovereign Yahweh, named, found, and presented by the writings of the chosen appointed Prophets found in the Hebrew Bible.

Anyone who calls upon the Almighty using ‘God’ as a name, or who prays to so called saints, or other humans, dead or alive, (like praying to Jesus) or who accept the oral traditions or false doctrines of men, have bought into pagan beliefs. Christianity, Judaism, Mormonism and other similar religions are deceptive by accommodating pagan beliefs, and by following man-made ‘controlling traditions’ by using uninspired Biblical words, and adapting non-biblical name to address the Almighty.

Yahwism rejects the doctrine of the Trinity because it is a pagan concept. The Hebrew Bible teaches that Yahweh is ONE. Because Yahweh is one Sovereign, He cannot be ‘divided’ into persons, entities, or multiple beings. Yahweh is incorporeal (non-physical) a Life-Force Essence that fills His entire Created and Eternal Universe. Yahwists believe in pure monotheism, that Yahweh is ONE, Deut. 6:4. Yahwism teaches that Yahshua honored and only used the Hebrew Bible and taught from it as an appointed true Biblical teacher. Yahshua was not divine or a God in any way, and he never claimed to be. He did not die for anyone’s sins since human sacrifice is forbidden by Yahweh, Psalm 106:37- 40, et al. Yahwists believe that all communication to man recorded in the Hebrew Bible only comes through the anointed proven prophets, or through Yahweh’s appointed created messengers (aka angels). Homage given to any one of them on earth is always directed to Yahweh Himself.

Yahwism teaches that salvation comes only by Yahweh’s mercy by His renewed covenant (now dwelling internally in believers) through repentance and then by righteous living and by keeping the Covenant principles as first established in the Hebrew Bible, Deut. 5:5-22. Yahwists deny that Jesus is the Savior or Redeemer of man. The Bible teaches that only Yahweh is the Savior and the true Redeemer, Isaiah 43:10-11.

Yahwism rejects the concept of a progressive revelation. The idea of ‘progressive revelation’ is a ploy used to justify all kinds of additions, revisions, and changes to the simple revealed inspired word of Yahweh as found only in the Hebrew Bible. Yahwists believe that all newer religions depend upon someone’s ‘new’ but unverifiable revelation in order to appear valid to susceptible ignorant people. Only Yahwism remains true to the Hebrew Bible, true to the Almighty of the ancient Israelite peoples. Yahwism tests the Prophets. Yahweh does not change; He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Yahwism is the foundational belief for all Yahwists as it was also for Yahshua, the messiah remembered in the NT Synoptic writings. Aw-mane!
